Done Right Decks is an outdoor renovation company that provides high-quality home solutions paired with an unmatched client experience.

Inspired by his love of enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, Done Right Decks was founded in 2017 by Braxton Carter during his final year at Wilfred Laurier University. Since then, DRD has been providing high-quality decks, outdoor living spaces and fencing so clients can make their own memories with their loved ones, right at home.

All Done Right Decks projects are covered by our 2-year installation warranty. We will also facilitate all manufactures warranties with you as keeping relationships with our clients is extremely important to us.

Meet Braxton
Braxton manages the day-to-day operations from design & sales through management & installation. He cares about his clients and has made clear that integrity and trust are the key pillars of the DRD experience. Clients are always first and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are DONE RIGHT!

Our People + Culture

Both our in-house team and our contracted trade partners are the best at what they do and are good honest people who care. We believe working with people of integrity is the key driver to delivering an excellent experience for our clients.

Hayden is one of the Crew leaders and is slowly getting introduced to the office. Hayden jumped over from stonework to carpentry and he hit the ground running.
He has become our expert on custom carpentry, excelling in all aspects of the build. From custom stone fireplaces to custom PVC decks; Hayden will make sure it is all DONE RIGHT!
He is extremely hard-working and a dedicated partner. Hayden holds a degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, and in his downtime, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with friends!

Logan joined the team last year and has been a major asset to the DRD team. Logan is one of our hardest working team members who also makes sure the job gets done.
He is currently helping us out with some administrative and selling duties while also jumping out in the field whenever needed.
We hope Logan will stay and grow with the company as we have big plans for him!
He currently has 1 year left at Western University for Management and Organizational studies.
