Our decks are built with kiln-dried pressure-treated lumber. We space our joist 16” apart for wood decks and typically 12” or 14” for composite/PVC decks. All of our composite/PVC decks come with framing protection tape to ensure the frame will last just as long as the decking.

We use helical piers for all of our deck and roof foundations. These piers are installed in one-day mess-free. They are stronger than concrete and do not ever heave.
All of our helical piers are professionally installed by Techno Metal Post to ensure every project stands the test of time.
