Quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment terms:

25% Deposit, 25% Start of Project, 25% Completion of Deck (No Railing), 25% upon completion 

Payment terms for Deck with Custom Aluminum Railing – Glass, Frosted Glass, Picket etc:

25% Deposit, 25% Start of Project, 25% after the deck is completed with no Railing, 25% upon completion

Payments over $9,000 must be paid in cash, debit, credit, cheque or certified money order, or single e-transfer -

Payments under $9,000 can be paid in any of the payment methods noted above as well as multiple e-transfers. 

In the event the customer commits any act of insolvency or sells or otherwise disposes of the real estate property on which the project is erected, the unpaid balance hereunder shall immediately become due and payable.

Our Responsibilities

If required, Done Right Decks is responsible for obtaining all Permits & public utility locates.

Done Right Decks will maintain high material standards, adequate insurance coverage, and employee compensation coverage and complete the project in a good workmanlike fashion.

Installation dates are approximate. Start and completion dates vary depending on approvals, weather and completion by others involved in the same project. Done Right Decks shall not be responsible for delays in start or completion of the work caused by the aforementioned or by an act or omission of the customer, or anyone employed or engaged by them, directly or indirectly.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer represents to Done Right Decks that it is the owner of the real estate property on which the project is to be installed and is authorized to permit employees of DRD to enter the property and complete the contracted work. Done Right Decks shall not be responsible in any way for any bodily injury or damage to property arising from the installation, except that caused by the negligence of its employees.

The customer agrees to indemnify Done Right Decks against any claim arising from damage caused to unmarked underground cables, conduits, pipes or waterlines of any kind unless the customer has informed Done Right Decks of the exact location thereof.

During construction Done Right Decks requires access to the customer's water and electricity.

The customer will allow extra charges for authorized changes. The customer and Done Right Decks shall provide prompt written notice to the other when any change in the work is proposed or required. The parties shall agree on the cost of the change and such costs shall be added or subtracted from the quotation amount. Done Right Decks shall have the right to cease all work until such time as an agreement has been reached on the cost of the change.

Input prices will be re-evaluated at the time of construction. 

These terms and conditions supersede those contained in any previous quotations, orders or agreements, oral or written, and shall govern future transactions between DRD and the customer.
